Ignite Your Metabolism

Training designed around where you train, gym or home, and where your body is right now. The focus is building lean muscle to regulate your hormones, ignite your metabolism, and change how your body looks and functions. Your training days and duration are based on each phase of your progress and your lifestyle.

Every week, at minimum, you and Lisa connect. Progress photos, bloodwork, and how you are actually feeling are all reviewed together. Strategic adjustments to your plan including nutrition and training are made to keep you progressing so you never hit a plateau, never feel stuck, and always know exactly what to do next.

Technique That Transforms

Every exercise you do is reviewed to make sure you are moving efficiently, safely, and in a way that actually builds the muscle you are working for. Lisa reviews your form regularly pointing out what is working and correcting what is not so every rep counts, your joints stay healthy, and you feel confident and capable in every single workout.

When you need to go deeper, you have the option to book an optional 1:1 video call with Lisa. Whether you have a mindset block or a week where everything fell apart, you book a call and talk it through. I was tired of how I looked.

I transformed my body the first time through sheer determination.

The Haven is tailored to your specific body - your hormones, your stress, immune challenges, your history - before a single workout or meal plan is built. You’re not following someone else’s program. You’re following yours.

  • Everyone is different and has a different base line they are starting with. Results will happen with your daily and weekly consistency. With weekly checkisn, we will always be moving forward. You will never feel stuck or wonder if you're on the right track.

  • No. The Haven exists specifically for this. Travel, stress, client dinners, disrupted routines, you’ll have a plan for all of it. This program was built for women with real life.

  • Workouts range from 20 to 60 minutes, three to five times per week. There are no surprise time demands. You know exactly what’s expected based on your goals and your schedule.

  • Far from it. This program is for the woman who wants her body to work with her again, not just weigh less. For most women that includes fat loss, but it also includes restoring your energy and digestion, regulating your hormones, feeling strong and confident in her body, and never starting over on a Monday again. The transformation is physical, hormonal, and mental.

  • After your intake assessment, your nutrition plan is built completely around you. Your macros and calories are tailored to your specific goals and adjusted as you move through each phase of the program. No guesswork. No scrolling Instagram for clean recipes. Just a clear, stress free plan.

  • Rest assured. With comprehensive experience of biomechanics and neurology, Lisa is well-equipped to guide you. Lisa’s expertise lies in teaching you tailored exercises that accommodate your injuries and facilitate your progress.

  • Absolutely not. Lisa works with complete beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike. Your program meets you at your level and you’ll have video guidance and support along the way. Our goal is to help you build strength and your most confident body, no matter your starting point.
