You’ll get 3 sessions/week, each under 45 minutes, using Lisa’s Home Base Training System - a proven method that has helped thousands of women build strength, tone, and confidence. Designed from over a decade of coaching experience, this results-driven approach delivers real progress with minimal equipment and workouts that fit your real life.

The Nourish System
A flexible nutrition pathway that grows with you. Start with three simple, done-for-you meal plans you can rotate through the week, no tracking required. When you feel ready, you can progress into macro-based eating, fully guided and at your own pace.

The Momentum Check In
A monthly support touchpoint designed to keep you consistent and moving forward. You’ll check in once per month with Lisa and receive personalized accountability to help you stay on track with your goals.
