  • If you’re a women struggling with stubborn belly issues like bloating, gas, IBS, constipation, or that “puffy” feeling.     You must be coachable, ready to follow proven guidance.

    This program is fully home based. To get the most out of this program we recommend some basic equipment. Please see “What type of equipment do I need?”

  • This is a home training program. Therefore, you can do this program in the comfort of your home, in the gym, when travelling, etc. 

    Home Training Program needs the following at minimum:

  • The workouts are part of Lisa’s sought-out and renowned home-based training system. Each session is under 30 minutes, joint-friendly and intentionally designed to stimulate digestion, improve circulation to the gut, and reduce inflammation.

    You’ll focus on resistance training and feeling the movement for your body, making them perfect for women over 35 who want effective workouts without the burnout.

  • You’re looking at investing about 4 -5 hours per week for workouts and nutrition.

  • It’s important to note that this is not a customized program, so you won’t receive tailored nutrition specific to your individual needs. However, you will benefit from a proven meal plan derived from our Haven protocols.

    These protocols have been successfully utilized by thousands of women over the years, helping them achieve significant results. While we understand that everyone’s journey is unique, this structured approach is designed to provide you with a solid foundation for success.

    By following the meal plan as outlined, you can experience the benefits of our tried-and-true methods while working toward your goals.


  • This program is not ideal for vegetarians.

    Lisa’s nutrition strategy is rooted in an animal-based approach to minimize inflammation and optimize gut health and hormonal harmony - especially for women over 35. Animal proteins play a critical role in improving digestion… hormones, fueling workouts, building lean muscle, and speeding up recovery.

    If you follow a vegetarian diet, this program likely won’t align with your nutritional needs or preferences and is not recommended.

  • The program officially kicks off on Monday, March 16, 2025.

    If you sign up early, you’ll get early access to the private community and app so you can update your personal stats and get familiar with the layout.

    Your meal plan will drop as soon as you register, giving you the time to prep, plan, and get your head in the game before we hit the ground running Monday.

  • It’s structured, not restrictive.

    This isn’t a cleanse, a detox, or a starvation plan.

    You’ll follow a gut-supportive framework that helps:

    • Reduce bloating
    • Improve bowel regularity
    • Lower inflammation
    • Stabilize post-meal energy

    No cutting out entire food groups unnecessarily.

    Everything included serves a purpose. If it’s not in the plan, it’s likely because it could slow your progress. For the best outcome, we strongly recommend following the plan exactly as written.

    While we understand you may have food preferences or allergies, we cannot guarantee the same results if changes are made. In a typical coaching program, your coach would customize the plan for you.

    Since the Gut Glow is a self-paced course, we’ve included options to help you make appropriate swaps, if needed.

  • The first 21 days are all about resetting your body from the inside out.

    We focus on eliminating common gut irritants that contribute to bloating, constipation and inflammation.

    This phase is designed to help your body feel lighter, clearer, and more energized - while setting the foundation for better digestion so you can actually kickstart your health and fitness transformation.

  • This program focuses on optimizing your digestion and prepping your body for real transformation. Even having “just one glass” of alcohol can set you back, as it introduces sugar, inflammation, and bloating into your system, even if you don’t notice immediate effects.

    To ensure your gut and body remain in the best possible state for progress, alcohol is not part of the plan.

  • The meals are simple, easy, and designed so anyone can make them - even if you dislike cooking.

    Ingredietns are straightforward, quick to prepare, and family friendly so you can stay on track while keeping meals simple and stress free. 

  • You can start late at your own discretion—but keep in mind, access to the app and program will still end on April 5th regardless of your start date.

    This is a 21-day challenge with limited-time access to both the workouts and nutrition plan. After April 6, the app will close unless you upgrade into the Haven Coaching Program.
