Although our focus in this program is not on physical results, many woman notice a significant decrease in bloating, and some weight loss all the up to 10 pounds!   • In all honesty? The only way you won’t get any benefit out of this program, is if you do nothing but sit on the couch. I can guarantee, if you take action you WILL start feeling better about yourself and your health & fitness journey as well as gain a lifetime of education and knowledge. You will gain motivation to work on your goals as you reconnect, rejuvenate and renew YOU! *Bonus, you may feel your body changing within the 3 weeks!

  • Between 15 - 30 min long (depending on your goals & what you can commit to)! And yes & yes! Whatever you choose to do, I will make sure to adjust your program to fit your preferences.

  • To start, all you need is yourself! If you have some equipment at home already, I will create your workout plan according to what you have available. Some clients get creative and complete some of the workouts with their own furniture, such as an ottoman, a chair, and water bottles as weights. If you’d like to get some basic equipment such as reliance bands and a pair of dumb bells, I can help you with those purchases.

  • The majority of clients in this program workout 3 times a week on average. However, this will be determined by your ability to commit!

  • Rest assured, we’ve got you covered. With comprehensive experience in biomechanics and neurology, we are well equipped to guide you. Our expertise lies in teaching you tailored exercises that accommodate your injuries and facilitate your progress.
